Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened, and undamaged products in their original packaging. To be eligible:

  • Items must be in resalable condition (no glue applied, nails not separated from trays).
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Customized or personalized press-on sets (e.g., monogrammed designs) are final sale and non-returnable.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving returned items.
  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method. For lost/damaged packages, we may offer store credit or replacements at our discretion.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

3. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for:

  • Size mismatches: If our press-ons do not fit your nail bed, contact us for a replacement in a different size (subject to availability).
  • Defective items: Broken nails, missing glue, or packaging issues qualify for immediate replacement.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Fill up the return form below with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Ship items back to warehouse.
  3. Include the original packing slip.

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Eleglara Beauty is not responsible for lost return packages.

5. International Returns

  • Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and customs duties.
  • Refunds exclude international shipping fees paid during checkout.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened gel glue (for hygiene reasons).
  • Seasonal/limited-edition collections (e.g., Halloween-themed nails) marked “Final Sale”.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery for expedited resolutions. Provide photos of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement or refund immediately.
